thank you very much for your request. I apologize for the late reply.
You first have to enter the activation code for Cubase AI 5 (the software doesn't need to be installed, you can just enter the activation code into the eLicenser Control Center on your Computer). You can find this activation code in your MySteinberg account but I also copied it here into this email for you:
Cubase AI 5: ....................
and then the activation code for the update to Cubase AI 9.5:
Cubase AI 5 to Cubase AI 9.5: ........................

Jediný co potřebuju je reaktivovat můj produkt key. A ten to nebere. Takže jsem na ten support díky Stanovi napsal. Doufám že se ozvou co nejdřív. Člověk si něco koupí a tenhle nesmyslně komplikovanej eLicenser vše zdržuje...

eLicenser je peklo. Poprvé jsem nad ním strávilo snad tři hodiny. Měl jsem přesně ten samý problém. Jednou se to povedlo vyřešit, když jsem ho spustil jako administrátor, a podruhé jsem si musel stáhnout bugfix, protože eLicencer měl v sobě prostě chybu. Třeba je právě i tvůj problém.

Nic tak zoufale problematickýho jako je eLicenser jsem ještě v počítači neměl...

Tak mi Martin Jirsák vygeneroval nový Activation Code který jsem vložil rovnou do eLicenseru. Vyřešeno. Můžu to zas rozject
