Our new UAD software version 5.6 is a very exciting release for all of us here at Universal Audio.

As a Plate 140 plug-in owner, you may have noted that in v.5.6, the Plate 140 is being replaced by the officially authenticated EMT® 140 Classic Plate Reverberator — a FREE upgrade to all current Plate 140 owners.

Sonically, the new EMT 140 is identical to its predecessor. Visually, in addition to its sexy new EMT badge, the new GUI exposes previously "hidden" controls you may not have known about.

Specifically, the Input Filter control gives the user access to the EMT 140's Input Filtering; both the original cut filters and the popular Martech after-market electronics have been modeled. The Balance control adds the ability to position the reverb effect anywhere in the stereo spread. Finally, Mod Rate and Depth controls allow the user to add subtle movement to the reverb's late field effect.

Once again, the new EMT 140 plug-in update comes at no charge to our existing UAD-1 and UAD-2 Plate 140 owners. We hope you enjoy it.

Nutno dodat, ze UAD2 zacina zas mit problem s vykonem ... Massive Passive zvladne UAD2 Solo jenom v jedny instanci . No sem zvedavej, protoze osobne mam uz pre-ekvalizerovano v pluginech. Nemam pocit, ze bych potreboval dalsi.

taky mam pocit, ze kombinace precission/neve/pultec mi celkem staci. Spis bych uvital nejakej suprcool brickwall limiter. A mozna bych uvital zas nejakej plugin za min nez 300$ spustitelnej ve vic jak jedny nebo dvou instancich. Ale chapu, ze kdyz se v sw kvalita zvysuje s vykonem cpu, tak v uad musej taky zdimat dsp. No a jsem mooc zvedavej, jestli uad nekdy udela nejakej syntak.
