YouTube was kept from facing any liability by being granted immunity thanks to safe harbor provisions in a
2007 case that made it to a US District Court judge. For Dotcom, an outcome isn’t quite as likely.

je priznacny, co psala ta pravnicka na idnes, ze jde o stret silicon valley a hollywoodu-- technologicky firmy, zvlast google jako nejvetsi zprostredkovatel kontextovy PPC reklamy, na penezich z tyhle kontextovy reklamy vydelavaji stovky milionu. oproti tomu jsou autori obsahu ("hollywood"), kterejm to krati trzby. vtipny nejvic ale je, jak 'trzne' se zachovali a pro kima dotcoma pozovali jako loutky nejvetsi showbiz hvezdy jako kanye nebo snoop dog v agitacnim videu pro megaupload. nahravaci spolecnosti pak nechaly video smazat z youtubu, ale ten ho byl nucenej znova zpristupnit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9caPFPQ ... re=related

muzes -- a autor je za to kompenzovan odmenou, vybiranou osa (resp. dilia u jinych medii). jde o to, v tomhle vlaknu, ze ivo se pta, co na to osa, kdyz
ted uz z tech internetu treba nepude stahovat nelegalne, tak jestli by osa nemela prestat vybirat tenhle poplatek z nenahranejch medii. ale protoze motivace vyberu je prave ta vyse popsana, a tudiz s megauploadem nesouvisi, tak asi tezko nekdo uspeje s pobidkou, aby se takovej poplatek zrusil.
